Flash has peddled his bass and vocal abilities across North America for years, playing with many celebrity acts such as Sinatra’s slightly lesser known older brother Fred and singer/dancer porn star Lotta Bosombottom. Flash, is known for his charm, wit and personality which he cultivated during his early days with the “mob”. He credits his career in music to his uncle Guido “ the boss” Santucci who got him his bass and amp “wholesale”. Some personal info is that Flashs’ favourite color is “loud”, lucky number is $ and favourite season is oregano. Flash, also known as Johnny hesitates to explain his nickname but rumour has it that it involves his high school gym locker room and the girls volley ball team.
Riff Raff
A six-string maniac at heart, Riff is one dedicated guitar player (and also one fret shy of a 'full neck'). At a rained out New York concert in 1984 he refused to leave the stage and continued to play for the drenched crowd. After a lightening bolt finally caught him, the flash temporarily blinded the entire front row. When an on-site MTV reporter asked him if he was okay, Riff replied "Whose dog is barking?" and then uttered the now infamous phrase “Ps-Ps-Pseudeo”, which was later stolen by Phil Collins.
Crash Kix
Crash started at an early age playing on pots and pans in his mothers kitchen… he still plays there now but he’s graduated to a real drumkit. Originally taught by an accordion player, the two could be found on any given weekend playing polkas at the local seniors centres. Crash changed his name to Eduardo and joined a Mariachi band until the other members politely advised him that there are no drums in a Mariachi band. His last gig was with the famous Blue Man Group. That too was short lived as he tried to convince the other members of the group to be responsible and “Go Green”.
Nik Battlefjord
Born with 12 fingers, it was clear from the start that Nik would be a musician...or an animal gynecologist. Nik holds the Guiness Book of Records for playing the most gigs, beginning at the age of six with an oompah band from Fanbelt, Arizona, and continuing to this day. Nik won't tell how old he is but everyone agrees he never ages- some say there is a Minimoog synthesizer that short circuits and collects dust, hidden in a secret closet somewhere on Nik's estate in Curacao.
